Design/Build Approach
We’re a full spectrum, design/build contractor. You’ll have a single point of contact from start to finish, which can lead to less stress and fewer headaches for your project. Reynolds Construction Services assumes total project management to better control budget, quality, service and results.
We’ll assist you during the entire construction process:
- Consultation: We listen to your ideas, look at your budget and determine if the project is feasible within that budget.
- Estimate: If the scope of the project and budget are within range, we prepare an estimate for your review.
- Drawings & Specs: If the estimate meets your expectations, we move to the next step of drawings and specifications.
- Contract & Schedule: After plans and a firm budget are established, contracts are drawn, and a construction schedule is created.
- Construction: The construction phase begins. Throughout building, you receive updates on the project’s progress.
- Walk-Through: After construction is finished, we conduct a walk-through with you to make sure all aspects of the project are complete and done to your satisfaction.
